Datex Inc., headquartered in Boardman, Ohio, has been in the computer business since 1974, providing service bureau work for clients requiring high security or complex processing; on-line service for clients requiring interactive capability; and consulting, systems, and programming for clients without on-site staffs requiring additional support or specialized consulting.
Datex is a full service organization providing systems design, programming, data processing, forms design, computer consulting, networking, internet connectivity, and web design. We provide unique services to our clients by custom tailoring software application programs to meet individual needs. We maintain exceptional standards in documentation and in programming software applications with a rigid quality assurance and review process. As consultants, we aim at improving our client’s use of their capabilities and resources. In some cases this means developing an organizational plan and preparing detailed descriptions of the duties and responsibilities of key personnel and insuring information is retrievable. In other cases, it may mean designing or improving a client’s management information system or devising control reports which will give management the facts needed to make sound decisions.
Our services on all engagements are tailored to each client’s specific needs. For each engagement, we prepare systems and programs geared to the desired objectives and we stress the development of client personnel to insure continuing competent operation of all application systems.
